Padel Partnerships
We build and run partnership programmes for organisations in padel. In every email we send, we tell you who we are representing.
Operated by Padel Pipeline LTD, Hove, United Kingdom.
Padel Partnerships is the outreach desk of Padel Pipeline LTD. We develop commercial partnerships on behalf of organisations working in padel.
Most of the organisations we work with own something genuinely valuable: a product, a competition, a venue, a national mandate, an audience. Very few of them have anybody whose job it is to take it to market. We are the people who make those introductions on their behalf.
That means the emails we send are sent for someone. We name them. If you have received a message from this domain and it is not obvious who it was sent for, reply and ask. We will tell you.
Corporate bookings, local business partnerships, and filling off-peak demand.
Distribution, distributor recruitment, and access to club, developer and facility buyers.
Sponsorship and naming rights, corporate teams, and host venues.
Adoption among clubs, facilities and federations.
Public sources: organisation websites, public professional profiles, trade press, published tournament and event calendars, and published partner and sponsor listings. We write to people in a professional capacity, at a business address, about something relevant to the organisation they work for.
Every email names the organisation we are representing, alongside Padel Pipeline LTD as the operator of this desk. We do not send anonymous mail, and we do not send mail dressed up as coming from someone else.
The team running that particular programme, which is either Padel Pipeline or the organisation named in the email. Whichever it is, a person reads it.
Use the unsubscribe link in the email. It is one click and takes effect immediately. You can also simply reply with the word stop, or write to hello@padelpartnerships.com. However you do it, we remove the address across every programme we run, not just the one that contacted you. You do not need to give a reason.
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased, write to privacy@padelpartnerships.com. Full detail is in the privacy notice below.
One address, one decision. An opt-out here applies to every campaign this desk operates, for every organisation we represent, permanently.
Padel Pipeline LTD, 4 Ruskin Road, Hove, BN3 5HA, United Kingdom, is the data controller for the outreach operated under the Padel Partnerships name. Contact: privacy@padelpartnerships.com.
Business contact details: name, job title, employer, business email address, and where relevant a public professional profile URL. We also keep a record of what we have sent you and how you responded.
Publicly available professional sources, as described above. We do not buy consumer data, and we do not process special category data.
To make a relevant business-to-business approach on behalf of an organisation we represent, and to keep a record of contact and opt-out preferences so we do not contact you again after you have asked us not to.
We rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business contact where that is available to us, and on consent where the recipient's jurisdiction requires it. We assess this by recipient country before any programme starts, and we do not send to a jurisdiction where we cannot meet the local standard.
The organisation on whose behalf we contacted you, and our email delivery and data processing suppliers acting under contract. We do not sell data, and we do not share your details with anyone else.
Contact records are held for 24 months from our last meaningful interaction, then deleted. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee we do not contact you again.
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing at any time. Write to privacy@padelpartnerships.com and we will respond within one month.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
